Springville is a cozy but growing small town. Oriented around a quaint Main Street (which connects to State Street as well as Highway 89), Springville features some classic originals – such as S.O.S. Drug, a small theater, and refurbished pioneer properties from pioneer settlement in the south end of the Utah valley. The historic buildings on Main Street are also punctuated with new businesses and facilities, such as restaurants, local business, and services of all kinds. Springville is also known as Art City due to the historic Springville Museum of Art and a legacy of artistic expression in the community.

To the West, the land nearing Interstate 15 is being rapidly developed at the current time. New grocery stores, housing developments, and a soon-to-come recreation center are keeping Springville modern and expanding. There are apartments, new single family home developments, and especially townhouse springing up everywhere to provide housing in this quieter side of the valley. Springville sits to the east of the freeway, offering access but a more relaxed area than the main commuter belt.

To the East, Springville is tucked into the Wasatch Front and offers access to the stunning Hobble Creek Canyon. Up the canyon you’ll find beautiful large homes and an incredible golf course. Friendly and expansive communities line the foothills all along Springville stretching down to Mapleton. These communities have trails, parks, and community schools that make Springville one of the most family-friendly towns in the state.
